1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) material products provided by Lac
Phat Home Decor, including but not limited to:
• Outdoor WPC decking
• Outdoor wall cladding panels
• Indoor WPC/PVC wall and ceiling panels

2. Warranty Period
 The warranty period ranges from 05 to 25 years, depending on the product type:
• Outdoor WPC decking (co-extrusion): 25-year residential & 10-year commercial.
• Outdoor wall cladding (co-extrusion): 25-year residential & 10-year commercial.
• Indoor WPC or PVC wall panels: 5 years
• Hybrid SPC flooring: 10 years
The warranty period is counted from the date of receipt of goods.

3. Warranty Conditions
Lac Phat Home Decor commits to providing warranty service for WPC products in the
following cases:
• Manufacturing defects such as warping, cracking, blistering, or significant color
fading exceeding 30% under normal usage conditions.
• Products are installed correctly following technical standards and suitable
environmental conditions.
• No signs of strong impact, third-party interference, or misuse.
• Damages are visible to the naked eye.
• The original purchase invoice is intact, not torn or altered.

4. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
This warranty policy does not apply in the following situations:
• Improper installation or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
• Mechanical damage caused by impact, dragging heavy objects, or incorrect cutting.
• Damage due to natural disasters, fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other force majeure
events.
• Unauthorized disassembly, relocation, modifications, or structural changes.
• Usage in environments exceeding allowed conditions (e.g., high temperature, high
humidity, corrosive chemicals).
• Normal wear and tear over time such as minor scratches or slight fading due to
weather exposure.

5. Warranty Methods
Depending on the severity of the damage and inspection results, Lac Phat Home Decor will
apply one of the following methods:
• Free product repair
• Replacement with the same or equivalent product
Note: Costs for dismantling, transportation, or labor are not included.

2. Provide the following: product images, description of the defect, purchase invoice or
related contract.
3. Lac Phat Home Decor will respond within 03 – 05 working days.
4. If the product qualifies under the warranty policy, the company will proceed
accordingly.
